Things That Can Harm Your Pineal Gland

Updated: Oct 15, 2019

Taking care of your pineal gland is one of the best things you can do, if you want to increase your intuitive abilities and improve your connection with the Spirit World.

What everyday things can harm your pineal gland, the seat of your soul?

What is the function of the Pineal Gland and why is it so important to your well-being and health?

Since your pineal gland can greatly help in connecting you to higher spiritual frequencies, it’s necessary for you to take steps to protect it. However, you can only protect something when you know what things would cause it harm.

In that light, I’m going to tell you about things that can harm your pineal gland.

To complete your protection, I’ll also inform you about the ways you can counter or shield your pineal gland from harm.

The heavy use of fluorinated water, mouthwash, and toothpaste, can pose dangers to your pineal gland, because it can cause calcification.

1) Fluoride

Exposure to fluoride is a contentious topic, mostly because exposure is everywhere. Not only is fluoride a common ingredient in toothpaste, many municipalities have a fluoridated water supply. Why? Well, the reason we're given is that it encourages oral health... even though it's not known to prevent harmful oral bacteria. What is known is that fluoride is toxic. In fact, the number one reason for poison control calls concerning fluoride are for children who've eaten toothpaste. Long-term ingestion is harmful to the brain, digestive system, heart, bones... even the tooth enamel it’s supposed to help.

1. Weakens Skeletal Health

Skeletal fluorosis is a condition resulting from fluoride consumption. The liver is unable to process fluoride, thus it passes into the bloodstream where it combines with calcium that's been leeched from the skeletal system. You're left with weak bones, otherwise known as skeletal fluorosis. The risk has been known about for decades yet it's not been established how much exposure will trigger skeletal fluorosis... and the impact it has on quality of life is horrendous. The best way to protect yourself is to avoid fluoride. Recently, Chinese authorities established a link between reductions in fluoride exposure and the incidence of fluorosis.

2. Causes Arthritis

Fluoride has been shown to cause calcification of cartilage, the essential tissue for joint health. Degenerative osteoarthritis has been linked to skeletal fluorosis. And in a study of individuals suffering from fluorosis, osteoarthritis knee conditions occurred frequently.

3. Toxic to the Thyroid

Iodine and fluoride belong to a family of compounds known as halogens. Although beneficial to the thyroid, fluoride is not. However, because of the similarities, the thyroid can absorb fluoride instead of iodine. This is bad. Fluoride is toxic to thyroid cells; it inhibits function and causes cell death. For decades, fluoride was used to reduce thyroid function in individuals suffering from an overactive thyroid. Now -- and pay attention to this -- the range used in water fluoridation matches the levels typically used to reduce thyroid function.

4. Calcifies the Ultra-Important Pineal Gland

Although the full capabilities of the pineal gland have been the subject of debate for centuries, it's known for certain that, at a minimum, the pineal gland regulates body rhythms and wake-sleep cycles; two extremely important functions. Fluoride is especially toxic to the pineal gland, where it accumulates and calcifies the gland. In fact, by the time the average person reaches old age, their pineal gland will have higher calcium density than their bones.

5. Accelerates Female Puberty

It also deserves mention that the pineal gland plays an integral role in the onset of puberty. Research has shown that girls living in areas prone to more fluoride exposure experience puberty earlier than girls exposed to less. Fluoride’s damaging effect on sexual function only begins here...

6. Harmful to Male and Female Fertility

A direct link exists between fertility rates and fluoridated drinking water. Higher levels of fluoride correspond to lower fertility rates, particularly with drinking water levels of 3 ppm. Animal models show that fluoride reduces reproductive hormones in females. Men have it just as bad; those suffering from fluorosis have lower testosterone and fertility than men with limited fluoride exposure.

7. Bad for Kidney Health

Fluoride is toxic to the kidneys and a higher rate of chronic kidney disease has been reported in areas where the water contains high levels of fluoride. According to Chinese researchers, a fluoride level of 2 mg/L is all it takes to cause renal damage in children. While water fluoridation levels are often much lower than this, the fluoride bombardment continues with toothpaste and other sources.

8. Harmful to the Cardiovascular System

Research suggests that exposure to fluoride causes cardiovascular inflammation and atherosclerosis. Other research has examined its effect on blood pressure but had mixed results. Regardless, despite that cardiovascular disease can have many causes, the evidence, and history show its incidence increases with exposure to fluoride.

9. Negative Cognitive Effects

The Fluoride Action Network reports that, as of May 2013, 43 studies have examined the effect of fluoride on human intelligence. The results should motivate anyone to minimize their fluoride exposure. One observation is that fluoride negatively impacts children’s neural development. Another is that children living in highly fluoridated areas have up to five times greater chance of developing a low IQ compared to those who do not.

Reducing Your Exposure to Fluoride

Using non-fluoride toothpaste can immediately reduce your fluoride exposure. Maintaining healthy iodine levels can help protect the thyroid from fluoride. Fluoridated water is the largest concern and most water filters are not adequate for removing fluoride; instead look to a reverse osmosis water purification systems.

It covers the enormity of the fluoride situation and I was even fortunate enough to be a part of it.

2) Tobacco and Alcohol

Some kinds of cooking make use of beer, wine, and other alcoholic drinks. That is not dangerous, if only small amounts of alcohol get into your system.

Social drinking, or the act of taking in alcohol as part of socializing, is also acceptable. However, you need to ensure you don’t go beyond a glass or so, and if you do, that this does not happen frequently.

As for cigarettes, you need to avoid these entirely. Even the frequent inhalation of secondhand smoke can be injurious to your pineal gland.

Taking walks in fresh air with plenty of sunshine (mostly in the early morning) and drinking plenty of non-fluoridated water, can do wonders for helping to clear up a pineal gland exposed to toxins from cigarettes and alcohol.

Eating a plant-based diet or becoming vegan is good for your pineal gland because animals release toxins when they are killed or maimed. These toxins remain in their meat, and when you meat, the toxins they produce get inside you, too.

3) Meat and Animal Products

People who eat only a plant-based diet have a higher level of intuitive abilities.

That’s because taking in meat – especially red meat – and other animal products can block your pineal gland.

People who eat a plant-based diet do not eat meat, as well as any kind of animal products. These products include milk, eggs, and dairy products, such as cheese, butter, and ice cream.

Vegans only eat a plant-based diet.

But the term Vegan means the person also does not use any kind of product derived from animals, such as leather (taken from the hide of animals), feathery decors and accessories (from birds), as well as anything that requires an animal to be killed or maimed in order to make a product.

What about wool, from sheared sheep and other wooly animals? Personally, I feel that if you can avoid killing or hurting an animal in the process of getting wool, then it should not pose a problem.

However, if you feel strongly about this, then it’s better to avoid using all wool-based products and their derivatives as well.

Eating a plant-based diet or becoming vegan is good for your pineal gland because animals release toxins when they are killed or maimed. These toxins remain in their meat, and when you meat, the toxins they produce get inside you, too. It is the same with confined animals such as chickens and cows. They are injected with antibiotics, and forced to mass-produce eggs, milk, and other dairy products.

4) Pollution Any kind of pollution is bad for your pineal gland, whether this comes in the form of: External Environmental Pollution

  • Air pollution–when your oxygen supply is compromised because of smoke, smog, and other pollutants in the air

  • Noise pollution – when your ears, and consequently, your mind, are attacked by loud sounds, jittery and repetitive sounds, screeching noises

  • Land pollution – when your health is compromised because garbage and refuse are not properly disposed of

  • Water pollution – when your health is compromised because there are contaminants in your water supply

  • Light pollution– when your eyes, and consequently, your mind, are attacked by defective use of lights (either too much or too little); this can cause eyestrain, and even hallucinations.

  • Visual pollution – when a lack of beauty and order in your environment attacks your sensibilities. For example, if Wey instead of seeing the beauty of nature and relaxing because of it, most of what you see are skyscrapers and huge billboards.

  • Thermal pollution– when exposure to fluctuating temperatures compromises your health. This can be manmade (too much use of heaters or airconditioners), or due to forces of nature (floods, droughts).

  • Internal pollution (mind and/or psyche pollution) This is when things such as an interest in gossip, and other negative things occupy much of your time, clutter your mind, affect your emotions, and weaken your spirit.

Pollution can never be good for your pineal gland, because pollution can produce stress within you. Stress is harmful to your body, mind, and spirit.

Stress can easily harm the pineal gland, by affecting the production of melatonin.

Melatonin is a hormone made by your pineal gland. Melatonin is essential for relaxing and energizing sleep. An imbalance in melatonin production can cause mental disturbances, accelerate aging, and block your intuitive abilities.

Avoid internal and external pollution to keep your pineal gland safe and to improve your access to the Spirit World.

Generally, external pollution needs the assistance or cooperation of other people to manage. However, you can minimize its effects by doing your share to avoid polluting your surroundings.

As for internal pollution, you are the one who is in complete control. Either you allow it to take over your life, or you avoid it completely.

Taking care of your pineal gland is one of the best things you can do, if you want to increase your intuitive abilities and improve your connection with the Spirit World.
